APEX-CORAP = Normal corundum (NK): colour brown-blue-grey, an aluminium-oxide crystal, made from bauxite, AL2O3 is 92-97%. The sensitivity against breakage of the crystals is only minimum. They are able to withstand strong pressure while grinding are suitable for operating on tools, which create large chips or slivers.
